Refund policy
RETURN POLICY: If we make a mistake on your order, we will make it right and cover the cost of return shipping as well as the replacement. Email us for a RMA# prior to returning the product
If you need to return a lamp shade because you ordered the wrong size or for some other reason, the following conditions must be met: 1. The shade(s) must still be in the original plastic and still in brand new condition. 2. Customer pays return shipping costs including insurance. 3. No returns after 30 days.
A restock fee will be applied to cover our original cost of shipping & handling. Restock fees are as follows:
9" Shades - restock fee of $14.00 per order
12" Shades - restock fee of $14.00 per order
14" Shades - restock fee of $25.00 per order (box is oversized)
16" Shades - restock fee of $30.00 per order (box is oversized)
18" Shades - restock fee of $40.00 per order (box is oversized)
EXCHANGE POLICY: Follow the above return policy instructions and then re-purchase the shade you wish to order. A restock fee will apply to the shade you are returning.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY: Send us pictures of the damaged item as well as the box. Hold onto the damaged item as well as the box and all packing materials during the claim process. Once the claim process has been completed, we will notify you to discard the damaged item and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Lamp Shades are fragile and can become damaged during shipping if not packed properly. Please be sure to use double wall cardboard as well as sufficient bubble wrap and/or air pillows to provide adequate cushioning. If a return is received in damaged condition, it is the customer's responsibility to file a damaged claim with the shipping company. We will not issue a refund for any return not received in original brand new condition.
