Shipping policy

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our products. 
  • Shipping & handling costs are built into the price of the product (shipping is not actually free). 
  • We ship 6", 9" and 12" lamp shades via USPS Priority Mail. 
  • We ship 14", 16" and 18" lamp shades via UPS Ground.  *Boxes are oversized.
  • All returns will be subject to a restock fee to cover our original cost of shipping & handling.  
  • The customer's full name and telephone number are required in case the carrier needs to contact you about the shipment.  Your information will not be used for any other purposes.
