• Please Note:  The lamp shade will look different when the lamp is turned "on" compared to when the lamp is turned "off".  When the lamp is turned on, the lace and/or trim will look darker and the overall appearance will change.  Please look at all the photos to see the pictures of the shade "lit" and "unlit".

RETURN POLICY:  If we make a mistake on your order, we will make it right and cover the cost of return shipping as well as the replacement.

Email us for a RMA# prior to returning the product.  If you need to return a lamp shade because you ordered the wrong size or for some other reason, the following conditions must be met:  1.  The shade(s) must still be in the original plastic and still in brand new condition.  2.  Customer pays return shipping costs including insurance.  3.  A 30% restock fees applies to all returns.  4.  No returns after 30 days.     

EXCHANGE POLICY: Follow the above return policy instructions and then purchase the shade you wish to order.  A restock fee will apply to the shade you are returning.

DAMAGED ITEM POLICY:  Send us pictures of the damaged item as well as the box.  Hold onto the damaged item as well as the box and all packing materials during the claim process.  Once the claim process has been completed, we will notify you to discard the damaged item and packaging.
